When we are happy we take that feeling for granted, but when unhappy times come we miss it and wish we had enjoyed it.
When we have time off we take it for granted, but when we lose that free time we miss it and wish we’d done more with it.
If we appreciate and are grateful for happiness when we experience it we are less likely to put it in jeopardy. When we have lots of free time we will use it while it lasts and have no regrets when it is gone
