The untitled film was commissioned by and shown previously at ‘Make One Room an Everywhere’ on 19th June 2004 at Temple Bar Gallery.

‘JUNK OUT OF CONTEXT’
Live audio mix plus video projection.
Since March 2004, Stephen Rennicks has been depositing audio cassette tapes, CDR’s and VHS tapes into charity shops across Dublin. These junk formats feature sound collage, ambient electronics with theme of loss and handheld camcorder footage respectively. This project will come to a close at the end of February 2005. Tonight there will be presented a continuous live mix of the audio tracks, accompanied by a video projection of the compiled video material.
